We’re delighted to welcome you to Eir Sauna. Our aim is to provide you with a safe, enjoyable, and memorable wild sauna experience in the heart of the Scottish Highlands. To ensure everyone’s comfort and safety, please take a moment to read our Guest Policy. By booking a session with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms.
Booking & Payment
All sessions must be booked through our website’s online booking system. Full payment is required at the time of booking and is processed securely through Wix. Late arrivals may shorten your session but will still be charged in full. We reserve the right to refuse service for unsafe or inappropriate behaviour.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your booking will be refunded in full. Within 48 hours, bookings are non-refundable. Sessions may be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance, subject to availability. No-shows will be charged in full. If we must cancel due to severe weather, maintenance, or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund or may rebook. These terms do not affect your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Health & Safety
Use of our facilities is at your own risk. Saunas and cold plunges may cause dehydration, dizziness, or cold shock. Consult your doctor if pregnant, have a heart condition, respiratory issues, or other medical concerns. Minimum age is 16; under 18s must be accompanied by an adult. Stay hydrated and leave immediately if unwell.
What to Bring
Arrive in swimwear under your clothes for ease. Bring two towels (one for sitting, one for drying), water shoes for the rocky beach, and warm clothes for after your session.
Conduct
Respect staff, facilities, and guests. No alcohol or drugs before or during visits. Disruptive guests may be refused entry without refund. Keep phone use to a minimum to maintain a peaceful atmosphere.
Damage & Liability
Guests are liable for any damage caused. Eir Sauna is not responsible for injury, illness, or loss of property except where liability cannot be excluded under UK law.
Data Protection
Our website and booking system are hosted and powered by Wix, and payments are securely processed through Wix. We rely on Wix to store and manage your booking data in compliance with UK GDPR. We do not share personal information with third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.
